About

Welcome! My name is Bridget Collins, and I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since February 2015. I attended the Maiden School of Massage and Bodywork Therapy in Maiden, North Carolina in 2014, and have been continuing my education ever since. Health and wellness is my passion, and treating physical and emotional pain through touch is what drives me. All of my modalities are centered around connecting with my clients, truly listening to their needs, and meeting them wherever they are in their healing journey. I believe achieving true balance in the body and mind is difficult to achieve with just one wellness modality and perspective. So, I often refer out to other wellness practitioners if it seems it may help support my clients in their healing.

In addition to being a licensed massage therapist, I’ve also completed two 200hr yoga certifications. I sought out more of an education in movement to help support my clients, and myself in a more holistic way. I’m really enjoying the yoga community at 110 Yoga. The way you move truly matters!

While I practice many types of massage, I specialize in TMJ massage and abdominal release to assist in relief of hip, low back, and pelvic pain. I also offer medical massage that I’m told is less painful than standard deep tissue massages. And, most rewarding of all, I’ve helped many clients nonverbally let go of stored trauma, pain, and emotion in a safe space.

Whatever brought you here today, I look forward to meeting you where you are, and being a part of your wellness journey.
